Despite the extraordinary efforts companies have made to avoid sexual harassment lawsuits, harassment claims continue to haunt employers.  This presentation discusses the evolving and complex nature of sex harassment law in 2010 and how the courts are handling a wide variety of new claims ranging from social networking websites to employee text messaging.
